Feng Shui for Distance Love

It's hard to be away from the one you love. I'm meeting more and more people who share their life with someone they love very much... but who lives far away. Does the one you love tavel often or live away? Do you find life difficult without them?

I've always believed in "keeping on keeping on" when life's circumstances present themselves in a less than ideal way. Keeping focused on brighter times ahead, with remedies in place to make the most of what seems to be dark days. And when Husby's not near me, keeping in touch at regular times of the day, and going to bed very early or very late, so as to stay one step ahead of those night-time ghosts of loneliness, become regular activities.

Yet after weeks or months.. or a few days of missed calls or missed events we would have loved to share, being together-apart can get the better of any lover! When you really feel down about the absence of your beloved, here are some feng shui remedies to draw th love of your home around you like his arms, and will speed your way to being together soon.

  • Images of flying birds can literally lift our spirits and represent different feelings of love. Faithfulness, family, self-sacrifice, one love/one life are symbols of birds such as ducks, swans and pelicans. I have a notecard of two kookaburras together on a tree branch to channel this same energy :))
  • Feng Shui for love flowers- Peonies- like this picture from the fun blog Smitten- inspire a happy marriage and loving partnership. They can attract a new lover or bring back an old one. Their energy will help you whether they are fresh, silk or depicted in artwork.

We don't have to travel very far to find acts of bravery of faith. We may not even have to travel outside ourselves. When we keep the fire of love flickering cheerily in our hearts when our lover is far away, and anticipate often in our imagination the joy of being together again, we're activating the Law of Attraction and very soon, we'll be enjoying real and tangible love energy again in our life.
blessings to you!
Samantha.

Why your home could be repelling love.

Where's the Love in your home?

Why your home could be repelling love.

Do a walk through of your home and ask yourself “Where is the love?” You may feel especially comfortable and other people comment positively about your bathroom, for instance, because you love your bathing ritual, and have made the room an especially nice space to be in. Our homes are blueprints of our personalities and show us exactly what we enjoy doing. But if this bathroom isn’t in your love direction, and the kitchen is, and you despise its layout, and spend as little time in there as possible, this negativity will express itself in the corresponding area of your life! Oh dear, what to do? It’s a walk through, asking yourself where is, and where isn’t the love in your home. If there is a room you dislike spending time in, consider how you could make it a more attractive place to be- by bringing in a plant or useful appliances, adding a splash of colour to the walls or burning a candle there regularly. Create love in every room of your home, and watch the love grow in your life.

Where chi comes from

But where does chi come from?

Of course it is the product of the mix between Yin and Yang.

So you can imagine how many flavours of good chi- with strong yang, beautiful Yin, and clear intention- we can create!

Gift from the Sea

this thought spoke to me. trust you enjoy, too.

"I walked far down the beach, soothed by the rhythym of the waves, the sun on my bare back and legs, the wind and mist from the spray on my hair... And then home, drenched, drugged, reeling, full to the brim with my day alone, full like the moon before the night has taken a single nibble of it, full as a cup poured to the lip. ...Let no-one come! I pray in sudden panic- I might spill myself away!

...But why not, one may ask? What is wrong with woman's spilling herself away, since it is her function to give? Why am I, coming back from my perfect day at the beach, so afraid of losing my treasure? It is not just the artist in me. The artist, naturally, always resents giving himself in small drops. He must save up for the pitcher-full. No, it is the woman in me that is so miserly.

Here is a strange paradox. Woman instinctively wants to give, yet resents giving herself in small pieces. What we fear is not so much that our energy may be leaking through small outlets as that it may be "going down the drain". ... Woman's creation is so often invisible, especially today. We are working at an arrangement in form, of the myriad disparate details of housework, family routine and social life. It is a kind of intricate game of cat's cradle we manipulate on our fingers, with invisible threads."

Happy Easter, and Happy News

Hi there, are you looking forward to a long weekend? The thoughts we've been thinking this week include...

An unhappy journey can't lead to a happy
ending. Follow your
bliss!

Whatever lights us up inside is part of our life's glorious
story.

Only you know how you feel; so only you can
decide which thought to
choose to make yourself feel better.

And the news... We've got the Prac!

Bit of background... you see, I've been seeking a good-energy fitness
environment to complete the practical element of my recent studies here on the Gold
Coast. I felt a little apprehensive, as to whether I'd get the neccessary hours, as I've got limited time left in Australia before returning to the UK...

But then, my dominant vibration became excited. Time Is flexible, and my time here is. I pictured completing my training in the Gold Coast hinterland, and helping just the types of individuals I do with feng shui with life coaching, nutrition and fitness, under Australia's best guidance.

And I was completely drawn to the world-renowned:

The Golden Door

and,

Gwinganna

organic retreats.

Owing to some very special people in these exquisite
places... dates have opened up, schedules have been shifted and I am
able to complete my Personal Training Certificate IV by helping clients in both these
two best health retreats in Australia.
It's energy, intention, knowing that's making a difference here. Not
action. Put the intention in place... and the manifestation duly appears.

Happy Easter to you! Blessings for some lovely time enjoying your favourite things, this week-end.

xxx

PS If you are visiting one of these health spas soon, I can't wait to meet you! Bring a floorplan- we'll feng shui your house!

You wanting it means it's possible for you

Inherent in every desire is the ability to have it come to fruition. Our intention to make something real or true in our lives is the only tool we need to make manifestation.

"I will put the Law of Intention and Desire into effect
by making a commitment to take the following steps:

I will make a list of all my desires. I will carry
this list with me wherever I go. I will look at this list before I go into my
silence and meditation. I will look at it before I go to sleep at night. I will
look at it when I wake up in the morning.

I will release this list of my desires and surrender
it to the womb of creation, trusting that when things don't seem to go my way,
there is a reason, and that the cosmic plan has designs for me much grander than
even those I have conceived.

I will remind myself to practice present-moment
awareness in all my actions. I will refuse to allow obstacles to consume and
dissipate the quality of my attention in the present moment. I will accept the
present as it is, and manifest the future through my deepest, most cherished
intentions and desires."
